Ingredients

• ¼ kg minced meat

• 2 tablespoons gram flour

• 2 tomatoes

• ½ bunch coriander leaves

• 1 egg

• 2 onions

• ½ teaspoon cumin seeds

• 2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

• ½ teaspoon coriander seeds

• 3 teaspoons salt

• ½ teaspoon red chilli powder

• 2 green chillies

• ½ cups oil

Method

Mix all the ingredients in the minced meat and knead the mixture well. Leave aside for 15-20 minutes. Now, take approximately 1¼ tablespoon of the meat mixture in your hand. Place it in the center of your palm. Roll it to form a smooth ball. Flatten the ball by pressing firmly between your palms. Keep the size of these kababs a little bigger than the usual ones. Heat oil in a frying pan, when it becomes hot lower the heat and fry the kababs in it and serve hot with sauces.
