Ingredients

• 1 can milk

• 1 cup light cream

• 1 can of sweet condensed milk

• 2 teaspoons ground cardamom

• A few drops of rose water

Method

Combine together in a bowl, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream, and cardamom. Mix them well. Pour this mixture into the popsicle molds or a small bowl. Freeze overnight in the freezer. Before serving, remove the kulfis from the moulds, sprinkle them with rose water and serve.
