Like it did before the premiere of the fourth season, the Netflix series Elite is treating its fans, once again, with three fresh short stories. The first of three will focus on Phillipe (Pol Granch), Caye (Georgina Amoros), and a new character, Felipe (Alex Monner). Whilst obviously fans will be familiar with Phillipe and Caye, they’ve not met the character of Felipe before. But it is expected that after all three mini-episodes of Elite Short Stories 2: Phillipe Caye Felipe, they’ll be hoping to see a lot more of him. His character has just the right charm and personality to be caught in the middle of the relationship drama between Caye and Prince Philipe. Quirky, kind-hearted with lots of layers, and so it seems that Felipe is another one of Elite’s golden characters. This time around, its focus is on the romantic drama that now follows that Caye has broken up with Prince Phillipe. Although nothing overly dramatic or unexpected occurs in the three mini-episodes, it still does a nice job of keeping with the vibe of Elite. It is more than watchable, and Caye continues to prove that she’s one of the strongest characters to emerge. There is nothing groundbreaking in terms of story, but the dynamic between Caye and Phillipe hints at what may come in the fifth season.
