Spicy Fish Fry

Ingredients

· 1½ kg kingfish

· 2 teaspoons salt

· 1½ teaspoon cumin powder

· 2 teaspoons red chilli powder

· ½ teaspoon turmeric powder

· 1 teaspoon all-spice powder

· 2 tablespoons garlic ginger paste

· 7-8 tablespoons lemon juice

· Oil for frying

Method

Wash the fish thoroughly and make sure there are no scales left on the skin of the fish. Add lemon juice to the fish and let it sit for five minutes. Add all the spices along with one tablespoon of oil and coat all the fish pieces well. Cover the marinated fish and refrigerate it for four hours or until needed. Shallow fry the fish on medium heat until they turn golden brown. Serve hot with rice or with any sauce.
