Pakistani Whipped Coffee

Ingredients

· 1½ teaspoon sugar

· 1¼ teaspoon instant coffee

· 1 tablespoon hot water

Method

Add the coffee, sugar and hot water in a mug. Whip it with a milk frother, hand beater or manually with a spoon. Beat it for about five minutes. The coffee will become light and airy. Beat it well till soft peaks form. Warm some water and milk. Pour the water plus milk over the whipped coffee. Stir well to mix the coffee with the liquid. Crush some instant coffee on top and serve immediately.
