Rose and Pistachio Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

· 15-20 Medjool dates

· ½ cup pistachios

· 1 teaspoon honey

· Few drops rose water

· Rose petals

Method

Whizz the pistachios in a food processor for a few seconds to get crumble like mixture. Empty it in a bowl, then add the honey with rose water and mix well to combine. Slit the dates length wise and remove the stones. Stuff the dates with the pistachio mix. Garnish with rose petals and serve.
