Chilli Salmon and Teriyaki Noodles

· 4 tablespoons soy sauce
· 2 tablespoons brown sugar
· Pinch of ground ginger
· 3 teaspoons sesame oil
· 350 g tofu
· ½ tablespoon rapeseed oil
· 2 courgettes
· 200 g broccoli
Mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger with a little sesame oil and brush it all over the slices of tofu. Put them in a dish and pour over any leftover marinade. Chill for at least an hour. Mix the remaining sesame oil with rapeseed oil and brush the courgette slices and broccoli. Barbecue them over the coals until they are tender. Barbecue the tofu slices on both sides for five minutes until they turn brown and go crisp at the edges. Serve the tofu with vegetables and scatter over the sesame seeds.
