Mojito Pitcher

· 6 limes

· 4 tablespoons sugar

· 4-5 mint sprigs

· Ice

· 600 ml sparking water


Chop lime into pieces and drop them into a jug of water. Add the sugar and squish the lime wedges. Keep crushing to get out all the juices. Take mint leaves, and drop them into the jug. Fill up the jug about three-quarters full with ice. Stir with a long-handled spoon to mix all the ingredients together and top with the sparkling water. Stir once more, then serve poured with ice cubes and lime slices.
