Thai Red Fish Curry with Noodles

· 1 cup chopped mango
· 1 cup chopped pineapple
· 1 banana
· 1 cup chopped papaya
· 3 tablespoons ground flax seeds
· 2 tablespoons honey
· 1 can coconut water
· Juice of 1 lime
· 1 cup ice cubes
In a blender, first add the coconut water, so the fruit won’t stick to the bottom of the blender; then add all the fruits along with the remaining ingredients. Blend it for 30 seconds to one minute. Add one cup of ice cubes blend it for a few seconds. Serve chilled and enjoy!
