Aima Baig has five unreleased Bollywood songs

Prior to India's prohibition on Pakistani artists, various actors and singers had signed contracts with Indian enterprises. Aima Baig recently disclosed in a podcast with Shahveer Jafry that she has five Bollywood songs she has sang. "Me, along with some of my fellow members, who you all might know as well, recorded five songs each and then the incident happened," the Coke Studio singer stated, referring to the 2016 ban. Jafry questioned if the songs were ever released, to which Baig replied, "No, but they will... one day." One of the songs, she revealed, is for a film starring Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan. "The songs were recorded in Dubai." They never allowed me to enter India. I worked with incredible producers that I had always wanted to work with. “If they don’t get released there then I’ll just release them here,” she said, adding that she doesn’t have the rights to the songs. “But I’ll find a way,” Baig laughed.
