Spiced Lamb Chops with Peach Salad

Ingredients:
· 1 tsp smoked paprika
· ½ tsp salt
· ¼ tsp garlic powder
· ¼ tsp onion powder
· 2 cod filets, patted dry
· 1 tbsp unsalted butter
· 1 tbsp lemon juice
· 2 tsp chopped parsley (optional)
Method
Add smoked paprika, salt, garlic powder and onion powder to a bowl; stir until evenly combined. Season cod filets on all sides with the mixture and place on a plate. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add cod and fry for three minutes. Turn filets over, add lemon juice, and fry until cod flakes easily with a fork, about two minutes more. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley.
