Turkey & Stuffing Eggs Benedict

Ingredients:
· 12oz. shredded coconut
· 14oz. sweetened condensed milk
· 2 cardamoms
Method:
Heat a pan over medium flame; add shredded coconut, condensed milk and mix well. Cook until the shredded coconut and condensed milk mixture becomes thick (first the mixture will become thin and then it will start to solidify). Add crushed cardamom and mix well. Remove the pan from heat and allow it to cool. When the coconut mixture cooled down, shape them into the small balls and decorate with any of your favourite nuts (optional).
