Gajar Ka Halwa

· 1 cup shredded carrot
· 1 cup milk
· 5g cashew nuts
· 5g raisins
· 1 cardamom
· 2tbsp ghee
· 2tbsp sugar

In a pan, heat ghee and add the grated carrots; cook until the carrots become soft and the colour changes into little pale orange. Add the milk and mix well. Cook until the carrot mixture becomes thick.
Add the sugar, crushed cardamoms and cook until the sugar melts down and mix with the carrot mixture evenly and becomes thick. Garnish it with roasted nuts and raisins.
