Hawaiian Pasta Bake

· 350 g spiral pasta
· 1 tablespoon olive oil
· 1 red onion, chopped
· 3-4 garlic cloves, crushed
· 250 g rindless beef, chopped
· 250 g creamy pasta sauce
· 230 g pizza sauce
· ½ pineapple, chopped
· 100 g grated 4-cheese blend
· ¼ cup oregano leaves
· 2 green shallots, thinly sliced
· Salad leaves

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic. Cook, stirring, until softened slightly. Add the beef, stirring often, until crisp and light golden. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. Place the pasta in a bowl. Add the cheese sauce and stir until well combined. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Spoon over the pizza sauce and scatter over the beef mixture and chopped pineapple. Sprinkle evenly with the cheese, oregano and shallot. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and warmed through. Serve with salad leaves.
