Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
· ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
· 2 tablespoons soy sauce
· 2 cloves garlic
· Freshly ground black pepper
· 1 kg cremini mushrooms
· Freshly chopped parsley
Method
In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and pepper. Add mushrooms and marinate for about 20 minutes. Pre-soak the wooden skewers while the mushrooms marinate. Heat the grill to medium-high. Skewer the mushrooms and grill for two-three minutes per side. Garnish with parsley before serving and enjoy!
