Fish Pie

Ingredients:
· 250g pumpkin, boiled
· 250g fish
· 2 eggs
· ½ pint milk
· 1½ oz. cheese
· Bread crumb
· Butter to grease and top the pie
· Salt, pepper and mustard to taste.

Method:
Boil the fish in a little water with a teaspoon of salt in it. After it is ready, remove the skin and thorns from it with knife and fork. Beat the eggs. Add into them in quarter teaspoon of pepper, half teaspoon of mustard and half teaspoon of salt, and keep beating. Pour in the milk and beat some more. Grease the pie dish with butter. Put a layer of fish (do not mash), then a layer of grated cheese, then a layer of pumpkin (cut into rings). Repeat the layers. Then cover everything with bread crumbs. Add three lumps of butter. See that the dish is clean on the sides. Place in an oven to bake for half an hour.
