Ingredients
· 2 flat breads
· ½ teaspoon garlic powder
· ½ teaspoon chili powder
· Salt and pepper to taste
· ½ kg chicken boneless
· Barbecue sauces
· 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
· ½ cup sliced red onion
· ½ cup cilantro
Method
Preheat oven to 220ºC and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Season chicken pieces with garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat five-six minutes until cooked through and the juices run clear. Remove from heat and keep aside. In a bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauces. Spread the sauce evenly over the flat breads. Sprinkle with cheese and then with onions. Then, top it with chicken and finish by sprinkling the cilantro over the whole pizza. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and starts to turn brown slightly. Slice and serve.
