Kim Kardashian is reportedly weighing legal action to seek full custody of her four children with Kanye West amid his latest public controversies, multiple sources told Us Weekly. The reality star, 44, shares North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, with the rapper, 47.
An insider revealed that Kardashian is facing difficulties co-parenting due to West’s erratic public behaviour. “She is in a very tough position when she really has to co-parent with him,” the source said, adding that Kardashian prioritises her children’s well-being. Another source told Us Weekly that she is concerned about how West’s online actions could negatively impact their kids.
West, who has faced backlash for past antisemitic remarks, reignited controversy by including North’s vocals in a song with disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs. Kardashian allegedly attempted to prevent the release of the track, Lonely Roads Still Go to Sunshine, arguing that North’s trademarked name should not be used. Text messages purportedly exchanged between the former couple and shared by TMZ suggest Kardashian sent legal paperwork to protect her daughter from the situation. West allegedly responded, “And neither of us will recover from the public fallout. You’re going to have to kill me.”
