Held at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall, The Screen Actors Guild honoured the outstanding motion picture and television performances of 2024.

The gala event was attended by Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Richard Gadd, Jeremy Allen White, Adrien Brody, Kathy Bates, Cristin Milioti, Zoe Saldaña, Selena Gomez, Andrew Scott, Lily Gladstone, Jeremy Strong, Daniel Craig, Nicola Coughlan and SAG-AFTRA President Fran Drescher, who all walked the carpet. Actress Kristen Bell hosted the ceremony and actress and activist Jane Fonda was presented with the Life Achievement Award, SAG-AFTRA’s highest honour.

Demi Moore, Timothée Chalamet, Kieran Culkin and Zoe Saldaña were honoured with individual awards for performances in motion pictures, and Anna Sawai, Hiroyuki Sanada, Jean Smart, Martin Short, Jessica Gunning, and Colin Farrell were honoured for performances in television. The actor for a motion picture cast performance went to Conclave and the actors for television drama and comedy ensemble performances went to Shôgun and Only Murders in the Building. The stunt ensemble from The Fall Guy was honoured for motion picture and the stunt ensemble from Shôgun was honoured for television.
