In an interview on Mazaq Raat, film actress Khushboo Khan opened up about certain secrets she's held close to her heart. Elaborating on how luck has evaded her, the Selaab actress revealed that she never wanted to work in the film industry. "I've been a homebody since childhood. And even though no one believes this, after I entered the film industry, I became a heroine by 11. I didn't want to do this, but my mother urged me to." Khushboo debuted as a child actor in a film helmed by her mother's friend, which led to a series of opportunities. "I never got a break. When I would be released from shooting, I'd run off to get ice cream and chocolate."

She stated that her consent wasn't involved when it came to being a star. "I had no interest in working in films. I wanted to be a teacher. I wanted to pursue my own education." However, due to her family's financial struggles, Khushboo couldn't back away. "I raised my siblings, their kids, and even our relatives. I had a lot of responsibilities to shoulder, so I was compelled into working," she shared.
