Miley Cyrus is reportedly preparing for a reunion conversation with her former husband Liam Hemsworth, nearly five years after their divorce was finalised. According to a source quoted by Star Magazine, the singer wants an in-person discussion to address unresolved matters from their long relationship.
Cyrus and Hemsworth were together for around a decade. They married in December 2018 but separated seven months later, with their divorce completed in January 2020. Their breakup attracted considerable public attention at the time.
The source claimed Cyrus has found aspects of their history difficult to leave behind, saying, “Liam was her first everything. She truly believed they were destined to be together, and she regrets a lot of the way things went down towards the end of their relationship.”
Hemsworth, who is now engaged to model Gabriella Brooks, is reportedly open to meeting despite previously avoiding confrontation. The source said he had “literally just ghosted her” following their split, but has now agreed to meet when he is next in Los Angeles.
