Hania Aamir kicked off 2026 by sharing a vulnerable side of herself with fans – offering a glimpse into how life is not always rainbows and sunshine, even for those with seemingly glamourous lives.

In a post on Instagram, the Meri Zindagi Hai Tu star shared a carousel of pictures from the past year, captioned: “2025 gave me the absolute worst and the absolute best.” Reflecting on the things she learned in 2025, Aamir admitted that life showed her she was not strong enough to survive any grief that came her way.

“I genuinely believed I had become strong enough to survive any grief untouched. That no matter what life threw at me, I would be fine. And then life showed me that I hadn’t. And that discovery changed me,” she wrote. “This year showed me how fragile confidence can be, and that not all coincidences are happy ones, especially when strength hasn’t been tested all the way through.”

Despite the heaviness of her reflections, the Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum star also spoke about hope and the quiet power of love. “Life surprised me in the best ways,” she reminisced. “God made this year a test, but also showed me, in quiet ways, that He was with me through it. I laughed. I cried. I kept going. And somehow, I survived. 2025 gave me the absolute worst and the absolute best. Some wounds weren’t mine to earn, only to survive. And that’s enough to begin again,” she concluded.
