Hadiqa Kiani goes on a UK tour to raise funds for widows and orphans in Gaza

Singer Hadiqa Kiani has been working on philanthropic causes for some time now, often being a prominent face for relief efforts whenever Pakistan is struck by natural calamities, such as floods and earthquakes.

For her latest project, the star has joined hands with the AlKhidmat Foundation and Aghoush UK for a series of fundraising dinners in the UK to raise funds for widows and orphans affected by Israeli atrocities in Gaza. She announced the six stops of the tour in an Instagram post.

Kiani is set to make her first appearance in Manchester, followed by a dinner in London the next day. She’ll also be making a daytime stop in Nottingham before heading on to Birmingham later in the day. The last two dinner stops will be Peterborough and Bradford.

The singer’s social work has shown tangible effects, especially in Balochistan, where her foundation Vaseela reconstructed three villages that had been devastated by floods in 2022. Her efforts were recognised globally, with the BBC adding her to their 100 Women list for 2024. She also gathered and distributed relief supplies when floods hit Punjab and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa in the summer of 2025.
