A video of Reema Khan singing amid snowfall has gone viral on social media, attracting widespread attention from fans and critics alike, at a time when large parts of the United States remain gripped by a deadly winter storm.
The short clip, shared by Khan herself on Instagram, shows her at a snow-covered location in the US with her husband and a few friends. Dressed in warm clothing and in a cheerful mood, the actress can be seen humming softly, seemingly enjoying the cold, wintry weather.
"Snow covers the world in white, as if giving life a clean page again," Khan wrote in the caption accompanying the video. "Snow much fun. License to chill. Freeze the moment," she added, reflecting a light-hearted tone as she embraced the snowfall.
However, the visuals did not resonate positively with everyone. After the video gained traction online, several social media users questioned the appropriateness of sharing such content.
Some comments suggested that, amid extreme winter conditions, attention should be focused on helping those in need rather than on leisure activities. The mixed reaction comes as a powerful winter storm continues to batter vast swathes of the United States. So far, at least 23 people have died in the cold weather which has forced communities to brace for prolonged freezing conditions.
