Turkish Delight

Ingredients:
• 1 cup chicken, boiled and shredded
• 1 cup potato, boiled and mashed
• 1½ tsp chicken tikka masala
• 1tsp chicken powder
• 150-160g cheddar cheese
For coating:
• Flour
• 2-3 eggs
• Salt, to taste
• Breadcrumbs
• Oil, for deep frying
Method:
Peel potatoes and boil them until soft, and then mash. Now boil chicken until gets tender and shred it. Take a bowl put shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, chicken powder and tikka masala. Mix well to make the perfect mixture. Take potato and chicken mixture now keep 10 grams of cheese cube on the mixture and cover it with the mixture to make round balls. Now beat eggs in the bowl and add salt to taste.
Add flour in the second bowl and breadcrumbs in the third bowl. Coat all chicken cheese balls with flour then dip in eggs and coat with breadcrumbs. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry on low flame for five to six minutes or until turn into nice golden colour. Serve with tomato ketchup and chilli garlic sauce.
