Pakora Hotdog

Ingredients:
• ½ pack pakora mix
• 1 cup water
• Oil for deep frying
• 4 sausages
• 4 hotdog buns
• ½ cup flour
• ½ cup chilli garlic sauce
• ½ cup mayo
• ½ cup green chatni
• ½ cup chilli chips
• Ketchup, for serving

Method:
Slice the hotdog buns in half but keep one side closed. Spread the mayo inside. To prepare the pakora mx, add three tablespoons of the pakora mix in one cup ice cold water.

Coat the defrosted hotdogs in flour first, and then in the pakora batter. Deep fry them until crispy golden.

Now place each fried sausage inside the bun. Drizzle the hotdog with green chatni, mayo and chilli garlic sauce. Sprinkle chilli chips on top. Serve with ketchup.
