Turkish Delight

Ingredients:
• 6 chicken wings with skin
• 1tsp salt
• 1tbsp soya sauce
• 1tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• 1tsp ground black pepper
• 1½ cup flour
• Cooking oil for deep-frying
• ½ cup soda water
• White sesame, for garnishing
For Dressing:
• 2-3 tbsp peri peri sauce
• ½ cup hot & spicy ketchup
• 1tbsp honey
• 1tbsp soy sauce
Method:
Season chicken with salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, ginger-garlic paste and marinate for two hours straight. Coat it in flour. Now make a thin mixture of soda water, half teaspoon of salt and half cup of flour. Dip chicken pieces in the batter first and then coat them in flour again. Set aside.
To make the dressing, combine half cup of ketchup, honey and soya sauce, and stir to mix well.
Heat two cups of cooking oil in a wok and drop wings gently into that. Deep-fry until light brown or until they are cooked and become crispy. Take them out and drain on paper towels. To serve, glaze the wings with dressing and toss to coat well. Garnish with sesame and serve immediately.
