Mac N’ Cheese Bites

Ingredients:
• ½ packet pakora mix
• 1 cup water – to mix the pakora batter
• ¼ packet macaroni, boiled
• 2tbsp flour
• 2tbsp butter
• 2 cups milk
• 1tsp salt
• 1tsp garlic powder
• 1tsp pepper powder
• 100gms mozzarella cheese
• 50gms cheddar cheese
• Oil to deep fry

For spicy hot sauce:
• 2tbsp mayo
• 2tbsp hot sauce
• 1tbsp parsley, chopped
• 2tbsp ketchup 

Method:
Add butter and flour in a pan and cook them on low heat. Gradually keep adding half cup of milk till it becomes of thick and smooth consistency. Add half cup of boiled macaroni and cheddar cheese in it and turn off the flame. Transfer it in a bowl and freeze it for two hours. Now take out the frozen macaroni and make balls, keeping one mozzarella cube in the middle of each ball. Freeze them for another hour.

To make the pakora batter, mix the pakora mix with a cup ofwater. Now coat the balls in the batter and deep fry them (in two cups of cooking oil) on low flame until golden brown. Check one pakora if the cheese is melted well from the inside. Serve with spicy hot sauce. For spicy hot sauce, combine the mayo, hot sauce, ketchup and chopped parsley. Whisk all the ingredients together and serve.
