The singer, who has been close friends with David and Victoria Beckham for decades, addressed the situation by calling the narrative circulating online “hardly the truth.”

Speaking about the family drama, Anthony made it clear he does not agree with how events are being portrayed. “I think it’s extremely unfortunate,” he said, adding that people should be careful about accepting everything they read or see. “What’s being said is hardly the truth.”

Anthony, who is also the godfather to the Beckhams’ son Cruz, emphasised his deep personal connection to the family and described them in warm terms. “They are a wonderful, wonderful family,” he said, expressing disappointment that private family matters have spilled into the public eye.
