Ben Affleck has reportedly transferred his entire ownership stake in a Beverly Hills mansion to Jennifer Lopez, marking a significant development in the former couple’s ongoing property arrangements.
According to reports, the property – originally purchased by the pair in May 2023 for approximately $60.85m in cash – was part of a revised settlement agreement. Legal documents indicate a transfer of property between spouses, with sources cited by TMZ suggesting that Affleck handed over his share of the estate without financial compensation.
The luxury mansion, located in Beverly Hills, has been on the market since July 2024. Initially listed at $68m, the asking price was later reduced to $52m, though the property has yet to secure a buyer. The couple reportedly invested additional millions into renovations and upgrades following the purchase.
Lopez is currently residing in the mansion while undertaking renovations on another home. With full ownership now under her name, she is expected to oversee any future sale of the property.
The reported transfer follows recent financial developments for Affleck, including the sale of his artificial intelligence venture, InterPositive, in a deal valued at approximately $600m. While neither party has publicly commented on the arrangement, the move signals a clear financial separation between the two.
