Selena Gomez is reportedly moving on from her Los Angeles-area home just a year after buying it with husband Benny Blanco.

According to TMZ, the singer and actress has listed the Encino estate for $6.5 million. The gated property reportedly spans around 11,500 square feet and includes six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a home gym, a private theatre and expansive outdoor entertaining space.

The home also carries a notable celebrity history. It was previously owned by late rock legend Tom Petty, adding another layer of attention to the listing. The reported sale comes after Gomez and Blanco purchased a much larger Beverly Hills mansion.
