Vaneeza Ahmed on Staying Young, Childhood Memories, and Prioritising Health

Supermodel and actress Vaneeza “Vinnie” Ahmed recently shared insights into her youthful outlook, childhood memories, and approach to health during a morning show appearance.

Discussing her timeless appearance, Vaneeza said staying young is about mindset and embracing life without being restricted by age. “I choose to behave that way. If I look like I’m in my 20s, it's because I act like it,” she said, adding that she continues to keep her “inner child” alive by enjoying life.

Reflecting on childhood, she compared today’s digital era with her simpler upbringing in the 1980s and 90s, saying, “My childhood is still going on.” She fondly recalled summers when mangoes were the biggest treat.

Vaneeza also opened up about managing an autoimmune condition through health technology like a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM). She encouraged people to prioritise preventive healthcare, saying, “We only tend to react when the damage is already done,” and urged regular monitoring and checkups for long-term well-being.
