Selma Blair has shared a positive update on her health, revealing that she is currently “relapse-free” following her multiple sclerosis diagnosis.

The actress, who was diagnosed with MS in 2018, spoke about her condition during an appearance on NBC’s Today, where she said that although she often feels “tired a lot,” she is doing “really well” overall.

Blair emphasised her current condition, stating, “I am relapse-free.” She added that despite the challenges of living with a chronic illness, she is focusing on maintaining her well-being and energy levels.

The Cruel Intentions and Legally Blonde star was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, a disease that affects the brain and spinal cord, after experiencing symptoms for years. MS can cause issues such as numbness, dizziness, and difficulty with coordination, according to medical experts.
