Actress and television host Juggun Kazim took to her Instagram to issue an appeal reminding the public that humans weren't the only ones suffering under severe weather and blazing sun, urging her followers to take care of animals within their home and those outside.

Juggun posted a video that opened with her comforting her dog after it returned indoors from the sweltering outdoor heat. In a display of affection, she gently wiped the dog's face with a wet cloth to cool it down, jokingly questioning why it had gone outside in the first place.

However, the tone quickly shifted into a meaningful plea. Juggun stated, "It is hot outside. Just like you take care of yourself, drink water, and sit in a shaded place, you should also care for the animals the same way."

She emphasised that the responsibility extends beyond the pets inside our living rooms. "Give them water, provide shade for them in a similar manner," she urged, adding, "Do that with stray animals, whether it be a dog or any other animal. A bowl of water outside your home, office, or shop can make all the difference."
