Disney has revealed a first look at Angel, Stitch’s love interest, in the upcoming live-action sequel Lilo & Stitch 2. The preview showed the pink alien with glowing antennae.

Angel, also known as Experiment 624, was first introduced in the 2003 animated series Lilo & Stitch: The Series.

The character has a unique ability to make reformed experiments return to their former evil ways, adding another connection to the wider Lilo & Stitch universe.

Lilo & Stitch 2 will be directed by Chris Sanders, who voiced Stitch and co-directed the original animated film. The announcement follows the commercial success of the 2025 live-action adaptation, directed by Dean Fleischer Camp, which earned more than $1 billion at the global box office. Lilo & Stitch 2 is scheduled to arrive in cinemas on May 28, 2028.
