Everyone deserves a little pampering now and then after a neck cracking and tiring schedule, as well as back to back projects and meetings. Stretched up to nearly three hours, this treatment aims to restore balance through a blend of Eastern and European techniques. It begins with a full-body exfoliation using sea salt and Indian kama oil. Then the therapist gives one a lymph-system massage to open the body before kick-starting a Swedish one. To draw out toxins, cupping – being an integral part of traditional Chinese medicine – is performed on the back, followed by a full body wrap with neem black clay. It all ends when the masseur applies lotion, leaving you in a state of nirvana.

Timings: 2 hours, 50 minutes, from Thursday to Sunday
