The 32nd edition of the India Fashion Week for Spring Summer 2019 had its stunning showcase which commenced October 10, at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. The grand event was put together by the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI), the country's apex fashion body. Designer crafts ranged from resort wear collection consisting exclusively of pure crepe-de-chine flowy dresses with vibrant prints to monochromatic outfits made on gauzy silk fabrics, with Parsi inspired embellishments. The beautiful embroidery and print was something to behold. Most of the attires boasted of rich embroidery, subtly sparkly yet statement making; and the silhouettes were flowy yet strong at the same time.
