Pak army has helped build the first ever AstroTurf cricket stadium of Pakistan in Chaman, Balochistan. The stadium was inaugurated by Lt. General Asim Saleem Bajwa by playing a shot. Later on, a friendly match was organised between Qilla Abdullah 11 and Chaman 11.

The stadium is not only the first to open in Balochistan but is also the first AstroTurf stadium of the country. 

It has as many as three stands for spectators. This isn’t too much space but it is enough to get started with. The stands can be erected whenever needed.
