Farali Aloo Chaat

· 300g potatoes

· 3 tablespoon ghee

· 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

· 1 teaspoon dry mango powder

· 1 teaspoon red chili powder

· Salt to taste

· 1 tablespoon lemon juice

· 2 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped


Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut into small cubes and heat ghee in a pan. Once the ghee is hot, add potatoes and fry until they are slightly browned. Keep stirring in between. Mix cumin powder, dry mango powder, chili powder and salt in a bowl. Add this spice mixture over the fried potatoes and mix gently. Squeeze lemon juice on top and sprinkle fresh coriander. Serve hot.
