SRK to turn villain for cameo in Tamil debut

Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan will reportedly make a cameo in Vijay’s next, Bigil, marking his debut in Tamil cinema. A report claimed that Shah Rukh may be seen in Bigil as a villain for a 15-minute role. It added that his role will be “the turning point in the climax” of the film and the Bollywood star will soon shoot a fighting sequence with Vijay. He may also be seen in a song, the report further said.

Akshay is inspired by Jason Statham

Actor Akshay Kumar is a known fitness enthusiast and his latest Twitter post is proof that he also wants his fans to be equally fit. He joined the likes of actor Jason Statham and singer John Mayer as he aced the bottle-cap challenge that requires people to place a bottle on a solid surface with the cap placed loosely on the mouth so the participant untwists the cap with a roundhouse kick without using hands.

Taapsee to play ace Indian cricketer Mithali Raj

Actor Taapsee Pannu, who was seen in Badla and Game Over earlier this year, will be seen in a sports drama on cricketer Mithali Raj. According to a report, the actor is all set to play the ace Indian cricketer.

The project was announced back in September 2017. The report further said that while Taapsee and the filmmakers have agreed to do the film verbally, she is yet to sign the dotted line.

Quoting a source, the report said, “The formalities will be done once the studio has a director on board. They have also locked the story but the script is still being developed.”
