A beautiful 17th-century townhouse just off the main market square with five highly individual antique-filled apartments featuring carved wooden beds and views onto the cobbled streets of the old town. An acclaimed French restaurant is located in the brick-lined cellar beneath the house.

On a narrow, cobbled street in Kraków’s Old Town, just yards from the market square and within walking distance of many of the main attractions, including St Mary’s Cathedral and Wawel Castle. The train station is a 10-minute drive away and the airport is around 30 minutes by car.

This townhouse brims with character and a sense of place. The 17th-century wooden beamed ceiling and old walls transport you back in time and carefully chosen antiques represent different epochs in history with oil paintings, Persian rugs and books providing a warm lived-in feel.

The five spacious apartments are individually decorated and feature parquet flooring, carved wooden beds, sofas and armchairs. There are antique wooden wardrobes, good desks to work on and dining tables. Oil paintings decorate the walls, curtains are silk and beautifully woven rugs top the floors. The Boudoir, with Napoleon III-style furniture, has a wooden balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and a beautiful freestanding bathtub. The Countess Orowska apartment is an essay in blue with a luxurious bathroom featuring a tub and shower, and The Poet’s apartment is filled with Biedermeier-style furniture and comes with a shower only. All have a fully equipped kitchenette offering a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.
