We all go a bit wild on holiday, but it appears this holidaymaker left all his inhibitions at home as he deliberately drove his car into the sea. The bizarre moment was caught on one of the CCTV cameras of a local ski-boating club on the KwaZulu-Natal South Coast in South Africa after a pal of the man allegedly dared him to pull of the reckless stunt. The little green Volkswagen Golf can be seen speeding across the sand before the vehicle gets submerged in the waves. The driver can then be seen opening the door and walking out of the car, with witnesses saying he smiled and gave onlookers the thumbs up to assure them he was okay. The man, who is believed to be from South Africa’s Free Estate, is said to have been holidaying by the KZN South Coast when the incident took place. The car had to be towed out by a tractor following the stunt.
