I get so nervous during my exams, I become blank and the correct answers hit me after I have submitted. This results in self-doubt and despite doing well in class, I cannot do well in exams. What should I do?

Classroom and exam performance are two different entities altogether and should be treated separately. Getting nervous before an exam is a very common problem. This can be overcome by getting a good night sleep a night before an exam, a good healthy meal and no last minute preparation. This will keep one relaxed and calm before an exam and will result in optimum outcome.
