Tandoori Karahi

Ingredients

· 4 chicken tikka pieces

· 1 teaspoon carom

· 1 teaspoon all spice powder

· 1 teaspoon salt

· 1 tablespoon red chili powder

· 1 tablespoon roasted cumin

· ½ teaspoon red color

· 1/2 teaspoon tatri

· 1 cup yogurt

· 1 tablespoon ginger garlic

· ½ kg tomatoes

· 6 green chilies

· 2 teaspoon cumin seeds

· 2 teaspoon crushed coriander

· ½ bunch coriander leaves

· ½ cup oil

Method

Mix carom, all spice powder, red chili powder and cumin and roast it. Now add red colour, yogurt, ginger garlic, tatri and salt and mix it. Then marinate chicken with it and leave for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, put tomato rings and fry them a bit. Now put marinated chicken and cover for 10 minutes. When water dries up, put roasted cumin, crushed coriander, green chilies and coriander leaves and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
