Salmon with Spicy Cucumber-Pineapple Salsa

· 1 can milk
· 1 cup light cream
· 1 can of sweet condensed milk
· 2 teaspoons ground cardamom
· A few drops of rose water
Combine together in a bowl, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream, and cardamom. Mix them well. Pour this mixture into popsicle molds or a small bowl. Freeze overnight in freezer. Before serving, remove the kulfis from the moulds, sprinkle them with rose water and serve.
