I am not very good at arts but I am a creative person. Ideas come to me but I fail in execution. What should I do?

Creativity and execution are two totally separate things. Try enrolling yourself into classes where you can learn how to execute your ideas. Do internships so that you can learn from other people around you.

It’s very important to understand that adequate pay is a fluid term. You need to start working for either a lesser pay and work your way up or you need to start interning so that you have adequate experience. There is no adequate pay structure, what may be low for you might be a good pay by your employee. Work not for the money but for your passion and the money will follow.

My workplace is very toxic, my boss abuses and harasses us. Is this normal or am I being too sensitive?

If your boss abuses you or harasses you, it’s definitely not a safe environment to be working in. No one deserves to be emotionally drained at work. You should definitely start looking for another job and move soon.

The best way to work on your language is by reading. Read magazines, newspaper and books. The more you read the more you improve your language skills.

Your child will be going to tuitions all his/her life, so if you can teach them yourself, please do. This way you’ll spend more time with your child, he/she will learn better from you and you’ll be able to gauge your child’s strengths and weaknesses better.

Your career is your decision. Don’t be afraid to tell your parents what you want. Do your research and see what interests you and then take a stand for yourself.
