In a candid and insightful interview, actor Zaviyar Ejaz opened up about working with his father and “intimidating” it was. Speaking with Independent Urdu, the actor divulged, “I was scared because I was working with Nauman Ejaz. And there was no father-son relationship with him on set. He told me from day one that I am your colleague on set and I am your senior, not your father. So he kept that relationship with me and I worked on that.” Calling the experience ‘100% intimidating,’ he clarified, “When I had to go in the scene with them, I had to shut off my mind and go into the character, and play the character.” He insisted, “You have to shut out your mind and focus on your work. These things are not important on camera. No one asks you these things if you perform well. It is all about your performance, not who you are and who your father is. This is my opinion.”
