Peach Melba Smoothie

Ingredients

· 410 g can peach halves

· 100 g frozen raspberry, plus a few for garnish

· 100 ml orange juice

· 150 ml fresh custard, plus a spoonful for garnish

Method

Drain and rinse the peaches and place in a blender with raspberries. Add the orange juice and fresh custard and whizz them together. Pour over ice, garnish with another spoonful of custard and a few raspberries. Best served chilled.
