Aloo Ki Bhujia

Ingredients:
· 2 medium potatoes
· 1tbsp oil
· ½ tsp cumin seeds
· 1 medium onion, sliced
· 1 clove garlic, grated
· Salt to taste
· ½ tsp red chilli powder
· 1/3 tsp turmeric powder
· 1 big tomato, cubed
· 1/3 tsp black pepper powder
· 2 green chillies, sliced
· 300 ml water to make gravy

Method:
Take two medium sized potatoes and cut into pieces. Now place oil in a pan and heat it up. Add onion slices, cumin seeds and grated garlic in hot oil. Sauté for a minute on medium heat. As the onion changes colour, add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder, and stir to mix all the ingredients together. Add tomato cubes to make a smooth gravy. Cook until getting smooth-textured gravy.
Add potatoes and mix well. Add water and mix well. Cover and cook on medium heat until potatoes get soft. Add black pepper and green chillies. Mix well. Cover for five minutes and they are ready to serve!
