Popular Romanian pop band Akcent who has a massive fan following in Pakistan, will be landing in Lahore in November. The lead singer Adrian Sina announced his visit to Pakistan in a hilarious way on his social media account. In his tweet he wrote, “Coming to Lahore on 24 Nov and would love to have a fantastic cup of tea with you at Governor House VOK organised by J.H Entertainment thanks to P.M of Pakistan Mr Imran Khan, Governor Punjab, CM Punjab, Women Development Task Force Punjab Ms Tanzila Imran Khan@peaceforchange.” Asif Ghafoor responded to Adrian’s tweet with an official invite for a cup of tea, “Thanks for tagging. Most welcome. A fantastic cup of tea is scheduled in my office.” Well this might make for a peculiar friendship of the sort, but we aren’t complaining!
